  • I took a position up at Netsurit as an Internal Hardware & Software Sales consultant on the 1st of July 2006. Netsurit is a IT SUPPORT COMPANY based in Sandton Marlboro. The Hardware and Software department at Netsurit was quiet new when I started there and had the need for someone with new ideas and key futures to take this department to new levels. This is where I came in.
  • The one thing that we got known for was our quality. The quality of work, products and service was outstanding. Netsurit is now a proud DELL Partner and Microsoft Gold Partner. We have won numerous Microsoft awards and this year we were chosen as the preferred Dell reseller.
  • A few months back we also had a partnership with Dell doing all their software quotes for them, as they didn’t have an internal solution. We had a Netsurit employee working form Dell’s offices and sourcing leads. I was the main contact person at Netsurit for this process and was in charge of all the Microsoft quotes being done for them. We landed a great deal through this partnership with a client called MXIT which I worked on very closely. This was the biggest Microsoft deal Netsurit has ever closed.
  • Daily duties at Netsurit:
  • Operational Management of all quoting processes (Hardware and Software)
  • I also got the necessary training to be the advisor in many situations on Microsoft agreements for our clients. (OVS, OVP, OLP, DSP and FPP)
  • Renewal follow ups on our OVS renewals (anniversary dates) for our account managers.
  • My knowledge on hardware also went to new levels. I was in charge of helping our internal account managers to source the correct Desktops and Servers (with backup solutions) for specific clients.

  • On applying for a "Wed Designer" position @ WCS, They offered me a sales position which consisted of handling all the major customers of the company because of my experience in the computer industry and the Retail IT world. One of my first customers was a franchise (Retail chain store) called: Inter Computers.
  • The franchise only consisted of 3 branches when the account was handed over to me September 2004. Up to date my job consists of individually running all of the Inter Computer branches accounts and working on a strong business relationship between WCS and Inter Computers. I strongly believe that I have done a brilliant job at this and today Inter Computers are currently known as one of the largest computer resellers with 21 branches nationally. Today WCS is recognized as one of their biggest suppliers of computer parts. I feel that I have fulfilled my purpose here and that it is time for me to move on to something more challenging and rewarding.
