Teamwork

I work in an environment of working in teams to achieve the branch required objectives. I always make sure that I play my part and contribute accordingly, while I also take the opportunity to learn from others. I never shy away from extending a helping hand to my peers when it will assist the team improve productivity and maximize results.

Leadership Experience

I take charge of the branch when the manager is not at work, and I also assist in day to day running of the branch. I am mostly responsible for on-boarding of new employees, and also coaching existing staff to make sure that they meet the required performance standards and also be fully competent on their jobs. I am also expected to contribute towards team targets - leading from the front. Handling client complaints is part of my job profile, where I have to make sure that we minimize complaints through excellent service and also do service recovery where we may have missed the mark. Making sure that the branch infrastructure is always up and running also assists in maintaining great service standards. This means that faulty equipment must be reported on time and follow up with the relevant departments is vital to prompt resolution of queries.

Accountability

My 5 years of retail industry experience has taught me to be responsible for day to day branch activities, always account for my own performance and always ensure that client service is always on the acquired best level. Always account and take responsibility for not delivering to the set expectations.
