I helped all around the shop during the busy times and unpacked boxes and made sure all the shelves were stocked with products

I Pleasantly greeted customers and provided prompt and courteous service

I Assisted customers with locating desired items, resulting in improved shopping experiences

I Proactively provided support to other departments within the store as needed, demonstrating flexibility in role responsibilities.

I worked on the till aswell as assisiting customers to find exactly what they need to all products related to surfing. I also dealed with belping managing the surfshop and keeping it en perfect condition as well as making sure that the work environment was running smoothly and often helping out at the milkshake bar next to the surfshop when they needed a hand.

I also aimed to boost sales by socially engaging with customers.

My goal was to constantly over top the income goal for the day and some days i doubled that goal.
