As a dedicated multi-grade teacher with experience at Bo-Doornrivier Primary, I am committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and learning environment to help them grow. I bring a calm, supportive presence into the classroom, and work intentionally to create an inclusive environment where all learners feel seen and supported. My interest in learner support stems from my passion for early intervention, my attentiveness to learners’ emotional and academic needs, and my belief that every child deserves the chance to succeed. I use creative approaches, including sports and the arts, to keep learners engaged and confident. I believe my empathy, adaptability, and willingness to learn make me a strong fit for a learner support teaching role.

As a member of the Intervention Committee at our school, I work collaboratively with colleagues to support learners who experience barriers to learning. Our role is to ensure that no learner is left behind, especially in the critical Foundation Phase, where early support makes all the difference.
