Preparing orders made by guest through the menu during dinner time.

BAR LADY

Couting stock and float before opening the bar.

Making cocktails and mocktails for guests at the bar.

Preparing hot beverage and issuing non alcoholic beverages to guests.

Issuing beers, ciders, spirits and liquors to guests who made orders.

Taking payments from guests for their orders and record them.

Counting the closing stock and float before closing the bar.

WAITRESS

Welcoming guests.

Accompanying guests to the tables.

Taking orders from guests and providing guests with their orders.

Clearing the tables when the guests are finished eating or drinking.

Taking payments if the guest will settle after eating.

RECEPTIONIST

Count float and making hand-over with the last shift.

Printing emergencies for the day.

Answering phone calls.

Making bookings over the telephone or through walk-ins.

Checking in and checking out guests.

Informing checking in guests with the departments that are available in the hotel so that they can be familiar with the hotel.

Counting float and making handovers to the next shift.
