Getting employed at a reputable organization where I can challenge myself intellectually. Most importantly to learn, gain knowledge and expand my skills in order to contribute significantly to the success of the company. I want to utilize my training and experience, especially when dealing with sales and marketing. Gaining leads, cold/hot calling, follow ups, closing deals and maintaining good relationships with potential clients/ companies and customers. The amount of experience I have in the sales and marketing industry is satisfactory because I know I am always goal and target driven. I go an extra mile for what I love, I put my heart and soul to making sure things work out in my favor. Engaging with new and different people is one of the reasons why I chose sales and giving advice is why I became a consultant for all these years. Making a lot of money is the main goal because I want to grow my own career on the side which will make investing towards my future a lot better. My main goal is to go back to school and upskill myself by completing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration which will definitely come in handy in my life since it will open doors for the career path I want to take. I do also love travelling, so a position that would be hybrid would be more ideal too
Key Responsibilities
(FAMILY BUSINESS)
Develop good customer relationships. Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes. Smooth out problems within the workplace. Address employee and customer concerns. Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement. Email and phone correspondence. Liaise between managers, customers and employees. Provide direction to staff. Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
Cashier - Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. Collect payments whether in cash or credit. Selling of FMCG and ABInBev products. Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets. Cross‑sell products and introduce new ones. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies. Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
A. Marketing Function Client
Relationship‑Building to raise the public awareness of Rosebank College with all stakeholders. Develop and maintain good relationships with guidance teachers especially at the Priority 1 schools. Arrange and deliver school presentations, career fairs, exhibitions & RFRs. Database management: collection of grade 12 school database. Update database on school presentations. Conduct career advice and interviews with prospective students and their parents. Drive the database, interview, application and registration process to meet new student targets. Distribution of all marketing and promotional materials to grade 12's and schools. Coordinating marketing events. Coordinate campus marketing function. Follow‑up on prospective students (call students to come and apply or register).
B. Administrative Function
Prepare all statistical data using CRM to complete a range of marketing reports. Respond to all email, telephonic, postal & fax enquiries. Coordinate all international student admission and visa requirements
C. Marketing Material
Managing stock of all marketing and promotional materials on campus.
* Setting up and maintaining a demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth at various events.
* Keeping the demonstration area tidy and well stocked with products, samples, and/or literature.
* Demonstrating the features of a product or service to potential customers.
* Employing interactive materials such as, charts to share information about a product or service, when necessary.
* Answering any questions potential customers might have about a product or service.
* Recording transactions and stock levels.
* Generating reports that outline customersʼ interest levels, questions asked, number of products/samples/literature sold and/or distributed at various events.
* Staying up to date with product or service features.
