Had my first son at 20 - he is now 18, and my second son 4 years later, he is 14 now. A husband of 21 years. My family is everything.
The passion i have is was drives me to succeed and go over and above.

As the only person in the company, i had the following duties and responsibilities:

From previous bad experience, i would like to see more companies be more understanding when it comes to family and family responsibilities which cannot always wait until a week. I know exactly how much time and effort in put into my work. I always put in the extra hours (have never had overtime paid - so its not something i expect.) I an employee has peace of mind with their family, the work production, effectiveness and productivity will be much hight than having an employee who stress and can't focus which puts the company at risk. But this should be monitored and employees should not take advantage. I am a hard dedicated and committed worker / employee. I thoroughly enjoy learning and keeping my brain active. Attention to detail. A very good memory. i Set daily goals depending or urgency and priory.
I believe that i can could be a great asset your company due all the years of experience in the many different fields and roles/duties. I fit in easily nd abel to see and recognize shortfalls where improvement is required. I don't need supervision or to be micro managed, tell me what you need an i will do my utmost best to deliver to the best of my abilities. My strengths is with was make me good at what i do.

The last company i worked for - my Salary for R25000.00 CTC (with no increase for 2 yrs since i started there)
I unfortunately cannot survive on a lessor salary.
I know my self worth and what i am cable of.

1) Robust Pools & Paving (DBN): Moved to JHB for Husband's Work
2) Arrow Advertising (JHB): Studied Project Management and resigned to start business with my Husband
3} Compact Holdings {JHB): Temp Assignment for 3 months while working for husband
4) Durban Packaging (DBN): Resigned. Was not challenging with only limited functions. No opportunity for growth.
5) Bloomin'Beautiful (DBN): Moved to JHB for Husbands Work - Relocated
6) Electrowave CT Branch: Front office receptions, not challenging, i was capable of doing more, but not other positions available.
7) Action Retail (CT) (Loved this job): I was offered to go back to durban to work for Plant Couture - Same as Bloomin'Beautiful.
8) Plant Couture: (head hunted me to come back and relocated back to DBN) - Then retrenched me 14 Feb - 2022
