Main Responsibilities

• Record information about parts, materials or repair procedures;
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues, as necessary
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment (worn, damage, or defective machine parts) determining kind of tools needed to do job ;
• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools in order to conduct repairs;
• Performed Settings and/or Change over of production line (Adjusting and testing) of industrial Machinery;
• Observe and Test operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using appropriate testing devices;
• Determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed; lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning;
• Replace equipment after completion of inspections, testing or repairs;
• Service and Maintain mechanical parts of machinery (bearings, pulleys, Gear Box, belts, conveyor belt, chains…);
• Follow and Execute MAINTENANCE PLAN, keeping ALL industrial or processing Machinery in GOOD conditions ALL TIME
• Inspect all component related to PNEUMATIC and their operation;
• Check and monitor setting Temperature and Pressure on equipment;

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring compliance of delivery products compared to Order effected by Stock Manager;
• Responsible for managing electronic stock once in main server;
• Ensure delivery of all electronics stock (products) to shops;
• Proceed downloading and printing out of electronic products (vouchers);
• Perform control (physical inventory) of products supplied to shops compare to System Report;
• Perform configuration (provide necessary parameters) of Sim Card in “vodae” profile;
• Produce System Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis to CFO and Managing Director;
• Perform SIM swap (reconfiguration) of SIM CARD for customers;
• Responsible for assessing needs of virtual warehouse (Main Server);
• Propose to supervisor command (Order) to place to Vodacom after control of availability credit limit;
• Proceed to collect stock (products) at Warehouse Vodacom;
• Ensure compliance of delivery products compared to command (Order);
• Proceed electronically delivery of stocks to shops and taking care to their real needs;
• Monitor management of stocks by by shop’s Supervisor;
• Produce monthly reports of deliveries to shops, and reach final inventory of their repository
• Performed physical inventory each month
