The Department of Employment and Labour intends to
integrate all its contact centres to provide a single
integrated contact centre for the Department and its
entities. This contact centre will be inclusive of the
Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), Compensation
Fund (CF), Public Employment Services (PES), and
Inspectorate and Enforcement Services (IES).
Oversee tasks, schedules, and resources, ensuring team collaboration and efficient communication. Manage documentation, monitor project quality, address issues, and act as liaisons between teams and stakeholders. Budget oversight, risk management, and post-project evaluation, project completion and continuous improvement in project management practices.
