I am a passionate and hard-working individual, with many years of experience in leading people, as well as working with people of diverse backgrounds and skills. I have the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in people and to guide them toward doing what they are naturally good at doing. I love to encourage and inspire people to believe in who they have been created to be and to lead them to work well together. I also enjoy seeing reconciliation between people. I enjoy working in a team, either in a management position or as part of leadership.

I have experience in implementing systems and processes (such as ISO9001 QMS or similar tools) that will help streamline the management and operations of an organization. I also have experience in the health and safety management and systems of an organization.
