· Collect data from all households within dwelling units in

assigned enumeration areas as per defined and approved

methodologies.

· Explain objectives of surveys and the procedure to

interviewers.

· Interpret interview questions to assist people in

understanding them to provide eloquent answers.

· Double-check information on surveys to ensure

accuracy and completeness.

• Collate data from Power BI and compile Statistical reports -Daily,weekly,monthly,quarterly and annually.
• Updating and maintains databases, archives and filing system.
• Update management on a weekly basis with regards to Centers APP Targets (Annual Performance Targets)
• Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets and documents for Supervisors (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly
• Prepare and perform presentations of verified data to Letcom (Law Enforcement Sub Work Group) Subcommittee.
• Prepare BOE (Body of Evidence) for Verification and Validation.
• Verify Statistics at different Traffic Centers within Provincial Traffic, Western Cape.
• Received In-House training on My Content. (Migration of ECM to My Content in 2017).

• Capturing of Sec’56 written notices, Discontinue Notices and FIC (First information of Crime) on TCS.
• Register Representations and Capture Case Results as received from State Prosecutors on TCS.
• Capture payments collected and received from Local Traffic Authorities
• Compile Court dates for Magistrate Perusal and Approval for Respective Courts in Area of Jurisdiction.
• Receive Subpoenas from Clerk of The Court on behalf of Officers.
• Liaise and communicate with State Prosecutors on behalf of officers in regard to attending Court Proceedings or Evidence needed in Court.
• Attend Case Flow Meetings at Respective Courts of Jurisdiction.
