Job overview

  • Follow the standardized hospital menu and recipes.

  • When patients finished their meals, I collect all trays with crockery and utensils, moving it to recon kitchen, for scrapping out leftover food, from plates, load back into trolley. Then clean cutlery.. Then clean and sanitize kitchen table tops and lastly sweep and wash floor,putting up wet floor sign.
  • Report any broken equipment to the supervisor or manager
  • Monitoring food safety and sanitation standards in food service recon-kitchen unit
  • Detected disposition of spoiled food and other unusual activities.
  • Participate in Hurdles/Meetings with medical staff relating to nutrition care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients feedback, documenting results via surveys.
