  • Youngest person to manage more than one department only to go onto managing the entire production line
  • Achieved a far better understanding of time spent on jobs which solved our pricing issues by introducing Turbo Time (job tracking software) for all jobs done within my production line.
  • Proficiently supervised 7 production lines, oversaw materials inspection, scheduled production and conducted weekly physical inventories.
  • Implementation of a small team system for staff management that almost doubled our production and cut my working day in half. The time was quickly filled there after.
  • Creating a fully functional interdepartmental production line.
