Design the CLLT (Computerized Learner License Testing) classroom layout, kiosks, and Deployment thereof and successfully implement this in Gauteng as far as possible.
Areas Of Experience
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Manage a CLLT (Computerized Learner Licence Testing) project in excess of over R100mil, from concepts through to successful installations and closing of each site implementation, which include liaison with both internal and external stakeholders, project administration, and planning and scheduling SMME and resources.
Manage building infrastructure needs of Gauteng's new building projects for the successful implementation of the eNaTIS from 2014 to 2017.
Develop, maintain and foster effective relationships with clients, especially the Gauteng Provincial Representative in the eNaTIS environment, providing an update on projects and resolving any issues/concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
Review and interpret specifications on architectural drawings to create project success on eNaTIS installations and deployments.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Ensure smooth operations by creating work schedules or site recommendations for 8 SMMEs nationally, including ourselves with complete specification guidelines for deployment installation of the eNaTIS.
Liaise with the SMME and Contractors to ensure that data and power points will be installed in the correct place according to the site plan as required.
Sub -Manage small projects with inputs to ensure high quality and adequate labor, materials, and equipment utilization.
Select, interview, and recruit new crew members and orient them on the company's policies and quality control standards related to the eNaTIS installations.
Conduct on-site meetings with clients and users to discuss requirements, especially with a new building in construction, ensuring any issues/problems are resolved before deploying.
TECHNICAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Draw building plans after a site visit, showing a true reflection of the size, cabling, and computer equipment – current or in need.
Compile a Bill of Materials to ensure that procurement purchases the correct quantity and equipment.
Simplify technical manuals and standardize training materials; provide eNaTIS knowledge training of Building requirements for infrastructure to all new employees in my area and new SMME appointments.
Collaborate with the Deployment team and Project Office with a strong emphasis on hands-on skills and fiscally labor helping out on some deployments on technical skills that might be required.
Train new installation resources and SMME on proper techniques and processes.
