Aidan Essex

Throughout my formative years, I actively participated in various sports, including rugby, swimming, soccer, and field hockey, which enabled me to develop strong teamwork and leadership skills. In my final year of school, I had the privilege of captaining the rugby team and serving as vice captain of our swimming team. I discovered a passion for leading teams to success, recognizing that effective leadership is a two-way street where both the leader and team members can learn from and support each other.

As a result, my preferred hobby is being in a leadership position within a team environment, where individuals can mutually benefit from each other's strengths and expertise. This allows me to continue learning, growing, and developing my skills while contributing to the success of others. Additionally, I have interests in outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting, which provide a sense of calm and connection with nature, complementing my team-oriented pursuits
