I bring along with, a reasonable experience in the Field of Public Participation and People Engagement, a Committee Work and Petitions and Complains Management, coupled with the academic support expertise.


I held managerial positions in my previous jobs. These positions have provided exposure to both operational and strategic challenges of the institutions I served, however, proper planning was a key to success.


I played a pivotal role in ensuring an administrative support was given in the effective throughput of University Students. Thus, i am an administrator of NOTE that can be successful under any working environment.


My focus area is on: (a) understanding of government and corporate policies and legislation and interpretation thereof, (b) Local Economic Development and corporate governance as well training and facilitation of municipal projects.

  • Develop and Review- Policies of Council, Code of Conducts as well as Standing Rules and Order of Council
  • Build partnerships with the Ngqushwa Municipal Council of Churches, Moral Regeneration Movement, Local House Traditional Leaders, Customary Male Initiation Forum and all other relevant stakeholders to ensure coordinated and sustainable support to the municipality
  • Create an environment supportive to the empowerment of Women and Youth in Business.
  • Municipal Revenue Enhancement Technical Team
  • Represents the Municipality on economic development initiatives and projects, develop relationships with local and regional non-profit organizations related to economic development, and serves as the point of contact for Municipal Organizations engagement.
  • Monitor the Implementation of Council Resolutions and Develop an Annual Report broken down to Quarterly reports
  • Ensuring that communities and community organizations are educated on their rights and responsibilities to participate and give input to the municipality’s policy development processes as well as planning and budget processes

  • Report to Council on the Functionality of Council and Its Committees and the performance of Councillors in the Committees thereof.
