MY CURRENT DUTIES CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Secretarial / Reception Duties
  • Switchboard duties, detail screening of calls, messages, call register, etc.
  • Attend to visitors and clients
  • As far as possible and in terms of agreed procedures, answers routine queries.

  • Diary Management, Travel arrangements, meeting coordination, typing, distribution and filing of minutes of meetings. Handling confidential correspondence and information
  • Admin assistance to all staff in office and various sites
  • Employment Contracts of permanent and temporary staff (office and sites)
  • Tenders and Projects admin
  • Sourcing, acquiring compilation and submission duties of Proposals and Tenders for SANRAL, ACSA, DRT, Gautrans and various Municipalities - Tenders varying from R5 to R350 Million
  • Travel arrangements to attend clarification meetings
  • Ensuring all standard relevant documentation and certificates are up to date
