I am a seasoned senior manager who has a well-rounded experience ranging from Project Management, Programme Management, Construction, Utility, and Information Technology right up to financial services. In the first 10 years of my career, I developed a “coal face” experience as a junior project manager, project manager, contracts manager and infrastructure manager in these industries. In the second 10 years of my now 21 years journey, I spend the first 5 years setting up, training, mentoring and managing teams of project managers, Interior Designers and Space Planners. I ran a Project Management office as Business Unit within the bank where I defined programme's governance arrangements, managed the programme's budget on behalf of executive management, monitored the expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits, Managed communications with all stakeholders;
For the past five years I have led the development and implementation of the bank’s Water Management Strategy, Group Security Strategy Development and Implementation, Records Management Strategy Deployment across various Business Units, Managed Printing Solution development and deployment across the bank, led the Innovation programme within my Business Unit, led the National Group Accessibility Programme and various other compliance projects and programmes for the bank until currently as a Programme Manager.
