Started working at Middelburg Mine Services from 2004 as an Electrical Learner and qualified in 2007, I then join the dragline section as my preferred section and also trained more years on this biggest machine in our mine. In 2015 I was promoted as an HT & Cables Supervisor whitch also gave me a really good experience on a managerial position as it was the first time for me working with people and resolving conflicts and managing the planned work that was set on our KPI’s list.

I was also appointed to manage the whole HT section , Mobile transformer skid, Dragline section Electrical side only and the Building Maintenance for the whole complex as the company went through section 189

I obtain more experience on HT reticulation as it was really a challenging section. I have 21years of service with the company and 9years of service as a supervisor with no injuries under my working experience.

Safety is my first priority now, tomorrow and for ever as much I leave on earth.
