- Responsible for managing Risk for all Trading Divisions.
- Participate in discussions regarding insurance contracts. Follow up on required information needed fo insurance purposes.
- Manage insurance contracts vis a vis ensuring premiums are paid on time, storing and safe keeping of insurance contracts and policies.
- Calculate the allocation of insurance premiums to business cost centres.
- Assist with insurance claims as they arise.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
- Assist with the collection of debt and Debtors' information for sign off or approvals when needed for all trading Divisions.
- Conduct credit checks for all trading Divisions.
- Maintain customer master-data for all trading Divisions.
- Establish and manage credit limits for all Trading Divisions.
- Ensure that risk and company's exposure is minimized.
- Participate in regular monthly reviews of the Debtors Ledger and provide updates and action plans for all Trading Divisions.
- Participate in regular debtors review meetings and discussions.
- Reconciliation of external debtors data to local ERP systems.
- Responsible for managing Account Receivables for Biopharma Division.
- Perform advanced processing for receivables transaction in the respective ERP systems.
- Manage internal and external customer's request.
- Ensure debt is collected timeously.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and manage queries timeously.
- Reconcile Sales and Debtors transactions with that of DSV to local ERP system.
- Management of Corporate Credit cards , Onboarding for Concur and monthly accruals.
