Muslim Aids Programme forms part of a community initiative that aims to eradicate community stigma regarding Mental Health and HIV within the Johannesburg Central area. My experience included:

• Researched and analyzed individual parties' positions to understand stigma towards Mental Health within the muslim community
• Facilitating workshops and interventions at government clinics around Jhb area. This included workshops on HIV/AIDS, Mental Health, Sexual Health, Drug and Substance Abuse Addiction, Teenage Pregnancy
• Provided counseling services to HIV infected children from a children's home

Psychology Tutor and Marker at the University. My experience included:

• Tutoring and mentoring first year students in Psychology
