  • Verify that the trust system, relevant reconciliation and bank balance are the same and discrepancies to be managed and finalised before the reconciliation is e-mailed out the Trust Team.
  • Monitor, document and prepare invoices of accrued interest on a monthly basis and ensure that it is signed off by Branch Managers to report half yearly that business is still preparing and accountable for all reconciliations as required.
  • Allocate interest accrued on capital deposits to individual Trust/Funds, as per the required and approved policies and processes.
  • Engage with Trust Officers to ensure that Capital Transfers are timely done and are correctly allocated to the correct Trust/Fund account.
