Verify all signed instructions to process deposits as capital received to ensure correctness and accuracy before processing journal entries on the trust system to give business an indication of inflows and outflows on a monthly basis.
Verify and carry out first level approval of all payments, i.e. fee instructions prepared by the Trust Officer to ensure correctness and accuracy before allocating it to the Head Office Fee Account.

Verify that the trust system, relevant reconciliation and bank balance are the same and discrepancies to be managed and finalised before the reconciliation is e-mailed out the Trust Team.
Monitor, document and prepare invoices of accrued interest on a monthly basis and ensure that it is signed off by Branch Managers to report half yearly that business is still preparing and accountable for all reconciliations as required.
Allocate interest accrued on capital deposits to individual Trust/Funds, as per the required and approved policies and processes.
Engage with Trust Officers to ensure that Capital Transfers are timely done and are correctly allocated to the correct Trust/Fund account.
