• Maintenance, ordering spares, compliance, training and operational efficiency
• Ordering of Spares for all TMMs. Perform rapid, safe maintenance including troubleshooting hydraulic systems engines and Transmissions. Operational Efficiency: Optimize machine availability, manage maintenance schedules and control costs. Access control: Implement, strict, key control and ensure machines are secured when not in use. Ensuring Compliance to MHSA Regulations: implementing level 9 collision avoidance systems. Adhering to Regulations relating to Machinery and Equipment. Environmental Controls: Ensure proper lighting, road design and traffic management. Legal compliance: Ensure TMM meets legal requirements including braking systems and lighting. Train and Mentor operators on safety operational best practices. Identifying and Developing Subordinates. Time and Attendance including Time sheets for Subordinates. Standards Committee Updating Procedures COPs.
