Having a firm belief in continuous improvement, whereby systems should be reviewed and processes made more efficient and effective.
My roles and responsibilities are related to the improvement program for the entire refinery and Island View complex, such tasks are as follows:
1. Generate and execute CUI/ CUS/ CUF and pipe to bundwall inspection strategies and manage the inspection team,
2. Generate, execute and oversee data capturing of the corrosion review initiative,
3. Raise recommendations and ensure the records are kept up to date.

I am responsible for the day to day management of all client sites, whereby:
inspections:
Routine external visual inspections conducted in accordance with API 653,
Routine internal inspections are conducted in accordance with API 653,
Repair scope and execution management in accordance with API 653 and API 650.
Maintenance/ projects:
Management of all repair and modifications to above ground storage tanks in accordance with API 653.
Manage the QA/QC aspect of new fabrication above ground storage tank projects.
