- Assist with the project budget analysis and projection through a build up of market related pre-tender estimate.
- Spearhead the hiring of all consultants and coordinate the sketch plan process.
- Lead the procurement process by establishing and chairing procurement strategy committees as well bid evaluation committees.
- Provide oversight on projects during construction stage by chairing progress meetings.
- Prepare final accounts and close out reports on projects done internally where the the project manager is expected assume roles of a principal agent.
