Deliver learning material across a range of subject areas including (but not limited to) technical training, customer service training, new accounts training, collections training, telesales training and personal development training.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews in consultation with agents, managers and QA team.
Apply and implement L&D ADDIE+F (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate and Feedback) methodology and principles throughout all learning and assessments interventions across markets.
Strategically manage own projects / departments in line with L&D requirements, providing recommendations that will improve learning experiences within the organisation.
Manage and perform workplace assessments for non-accredited learning initiatives.
Manage and keep up to date with latest learner challenges and changes within the organisation, especially relating to products, processes and policies.
Administer good practices of record keeping on the Learning Management System for auditing purposes.
Perform administrative and stationary duties to ensure that learning interventions always provide learners with required tools, system access and stationary.
Perform and manage logistical arrangements when implementing and facilitating learning solutions.
Accountable for training facilities and other rooms where training was conducted to always be neat, tidy and clean.
Ensure the maintaining of training records, especially those that are required for regulatory standards with our client.
